Pastor Underwood was compelled to extend the ministry to the sick, shut-in, and the unsaved.  The Radio Outreach Ministry began May 1977, and was broadcast live each Sunday on radio station WTHE A.M. Pastor was given the opportunity to purchase other parcels of property in the community.
