His efforts enabled the Church to purchase the building adjacent to Grace Christian Educational center at 592 Vermont Street.  This building is used as a gymnasium and for other school related programs. 

He mobilized plans to refurbish the Church building, consisting of moving the pipe organ to the balcony and construction of a prayer room.
