1995

 “Work, Labor Endurance in our Lord Jesus Christ”   From 1st Thessalonians was our theme for the entire year.  Property located at 230 New Jersey Avenue was purchased under the guidance of Reverend Underwood.

 First Mortgage Bonds in the amount of 1.5 million dollars was approved for issue.  The purchase of the bonds enabled the Church to finance the construction of a new educational wing.  On October 22nd at 1:00pm, Pastor Underwood led a “Ground Breaking Ceremony” for the construction of twelve multipurpose rooms to be added adjacent to the Church.
